Toolbox is a realtime collaboration area we call the “project stream”. It allows your team to instantly message each other and track securely with a web browser.
Team members stay up-to-date via the project stream along with email digests and SMS. Our iphone application gives you all the power of Toolbox on your phone.
Messages and files can be sorted with tags and folders. All files are automatically assigned a revision to let users to find the latest version, or download previous versions.
You’re charged based on data stored within the system. Create as many projects as you like, add as many users as you need – the project only pays for the gigabytes consumed. This allows a project to grow and contract rapidly and cost effectively. Large numbers of files can be uploaded into folders using a secure FTP (SFTP) instead of the web browser.
It’s simple to bundle files and submit them to external members with Toolbox’s document package option. Use this to issue information for expressions of interest, tenders or approvals. Your toolbox email address makes sure responses are returned within the project stream so the team is notified immediately.
